Teaching workshop with Gem
Come join me for a teaching workshop with Gem. I have been working with her for about 3 years now and she is always amazing to photograph. She has a very cool collection of clothing in a style she's developed which is simply stunning. Gem is a very hard worker and puts her all into the images she helps create.
The style of the workshop will be Pinup to Art Nude. No erotic posing.
I will be covering a number of topics to show how to make a good shoot with a model.
Things covered will be, scene selection, composition, direction and lighting analysis. During the workshop I will demonstrate approaching 4 different shooting ideas and execution. After each demo, each participant will have individual time to shoot their own with direction from myself if wanted.
Location will be outdoors in a beautiful yard in Blacklick, Ohio. Directions provided after signing up. Just outside Columbus.

Rules: No Drugs or Alcohol. Snacks will be provided.
No over the shoulder shooting
No Lewd or Sexual comments

Limited to 10 Participants!
Workshop will be from 2pm to 6PM
In case of extreme weather, or postponement, shoot will be rescheduled. Refunds will be given in case of weather cancellation.
Camera and lighting Stuff...
Bring your choice of Camera and I recommend a simple lens. I prefer a 35mm and 50mm on my Sony A73
Lighting, I will have some continuous lighting ( Aputure 120D Battery Powered ) as well as Godox AD 400. My remote trigger is Sony so if you have a different brand trigger bring it! And I will talk extensively about using natural light and how to see it better.
Covid 19 Protocols
The workshop will be conducted outdoors, and Social Distancing is encouraged, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are welcomed but not required. We would hope that everyone be vaccinated but that is a personal choice and I have no intent to make it mandatory, nor the desire to manage public health. We have been Vaccinated and all I can say, is I hope you are too.
